Using God’s Armor to Combat Fear: Raising Our Shield of Faith — 4 Comments

    • Melissa,
Thank you for your comment. I pray God will heal your back and restore your strength.
Blessings upon blessings while at your conference. May God show himself real to you.

  1. Good thoughts, Norma. I love this passage, and I pray it often. When I don’t prepare mentally it really is as if I’m a soldier not prepared for battle. Having the faith to trust God’s Spirit of power, love, and a sound mind is difficult, so I have to be deliberate.
When I’ve faced trials I lean on the good habits and relationships I’ve built in the good times. It is those that carry me through.

    • Thank you, Chip for sharing. I pray this post has been an encouragement to you. You’re right about needing to be intentional about the armor. I love how we can stand in the righteousness of Christ and watch God win the victory for us. He is so gracious.
